**Job Summary**
Classy Wheeler Limited, a rapidly growing green finance platform company, is seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Specialist to join their expanding team. As an ESG Sustainability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing ESG reports, analyzing ESG data and ratings, and delivering ESG training and seminars to clients in accordance with HKEx ESG Reporting Guide and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guideline.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement ESG reporting strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct site investigations, data collection, research, and interviews to gather information for ESG reports.
- Provide sustainability management, consultancy services, and strategy advice to clients to help them achieve their ESG goals.
- Assist in business development and pitching assignments for engaging potential clients and promoting the company's ESG services.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and contribute to the development of new ESG products and services.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.
- At least 2-8 years of solid experience in ESG report writing, GRI reporting, or as an ESG consultant for listed companies; understanding of Green Finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with international sustainability standards and guidelines, including HKEx ESG Reporting Guide and GRI Sustainability Reporting Guideline.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior position.
