- The successful candidate will collaborate with key business stakeholders, project managers, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure managers to effectively contribute to technology solutions and manage project transitions.
- Responsibilities include ensuring awareness, involvement, and support from key stakeholders and participants through robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle.
- The Digital Solutions Leader will take responsibility for the development team's timely delivery of systems to required quality and security standards.
- This role involves providing supervision, coaching, and setting directions for the development team.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience preferably in the financial sector with proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system development projects in a structured environment.
- Good knowledge of modern web development practices, including security and databases.
- Familiarity with frontend, backend web technologies, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in developing IOS and Android mobile apps using modern mobile development frameworks such as IONIC/CORDOVA and REACT NATIVE.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools and methodology.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
