About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns to support our independent associates in showcasing and selling high-quality nutritional products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing team to perform a wide range of marketing functions, including campaign development, budget management, and team training.
  • Oversee the overall budget for marketing departments, ensuring the company's margin is maintained.
  • Provide high-level training to employees and associates on marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and progress on marketing campaigns and promotions, and new product uptake.
  • Partner with operations manager to perform efficient product portfolio management, including market analysis, business forecast, and inventory management.
  • Provide insight on market trends, industry review, and competitiveness.
  • Partner with sales team to support associates' business activities, such as events, contests, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with various units to ensure new product launches comply with government policies and requirements.
  • Work with corporate teams to manage branding and seek collaborations or accreditations to boost branding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nutrition, and/or food science, health-related science, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, with three years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and strong passion in bringing value to support the company, business partners, and customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous professional experience within the direct-sales or nutrition industry.
  • Outgoing with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
