Executive Pastry Chef Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen team. As an experienced pastry chef, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu items, leading a team of pastry chefs, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the pastry & dessert menu and concept development
- Lead and motivate a team of pastry chefs
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
- Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner
- Ensures compliance with food handling and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of pastry experience in a similar capacity
- Experience working in fine dining restaurant or Michelin-starred restaurant
- Able to drive the mood and good spirit of the team
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Confident in running busy shifts
