Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef Trainee and Development Lead to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. In this role, you will assist the Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards are met, as well as train culinary associates and organize kitchen areas to maximize productivity.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity. They will possess strong business acumen and knowledge of food and beverage market trends, as well as excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety skills.
