We are currently in search of a high-caliber individual to join us as Senior Manager of Corporate Banking Solutions (Team Leader).
Key Responsibilities
Direct a team of relationship managers/officers to oversee and cultivate a portfolio of mid-market enterprises for corporate banking clients Attain business objectives for market share, profitability, deposit growth, non-fund income enhancement, and cross-selling while carefully managing operating expenses and credit risk Stay informed about market trends and assist the department head in developing and executing business strategies Foster strong relationships with clients and generate new business through referrals and strategic partnerships Ensure all relevant control measures are implemented to mitigate risk exposure Apply total quality management principles to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve service qualityRequirements
University degree in business, finance, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in credit and customer relationship management within the banking industry Strong leadership and management capabilities Solid credit analytical skills and extensive knowledge of various commercial banking products Possession of valid insurance and investment licenses A growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead change and strategic transformation, overcome challenges, create innovative solutions, and thrive in an agile environment Openness to change, with the ability to influence, engage, and lead positively and inspiringly High level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality services for clientsThe health and safety of our employees and candidates are of utmost importance to us.
