About the Role:
This role involves supporting our Business Development Directors in creating engaging proposals and correspondence for new business prospects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising new clients on the necessary steps for onboarding, including due diligence and any associated requirements.
A key aspect of this position is customising external sales materials, such as pitch decks and onboarding documents, to effectively showcase our products and services.
To ensure seamless transitions, our team maintains accurate records of new, won, and lost opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
In addition, the successful candidate will track and record incoming funds related to new business cases.
We coordinate and attend external sales meetings with both current and potential contacts to build relationships and drive growth.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- A degree from a reputable institution or relevant professional certification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Dynamics 365.
