We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences while upholding regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and authenticity.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, compliance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Certifications like CAMS, ICA, and/or AAMLP are desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.


Work Environment:
  • Office-based work setting.
  • Contract employment (1 year), renewable based on performance.
  • Mon-Fri working hours (9 am - 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break).
