Digital Business Development Manager

In this role, you'll play a critical part in launching individual life insurance products to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify and report testing issues, and perform post-implementation checks.
- Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and develop backlog items.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare project documents, including user stories, design specifications, and test plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordinate project delivery to meet end-user needs and budget.
- Provide support to end-users on system-related issues post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management or business analysis in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance industry, preferably in digital new business and/or underwriting automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft products and project management tools.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
