Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various C&B programs and initiatives, including managing monthly pay process, maintaining pay records, and providing advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective C&B strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage payroll operations, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, and taxation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and leave records.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on C&B-related matters.
  • Analyze data and prepare management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes effectively.

Requirements
  • Degree holder with solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
