Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, provide personalized recommendations to guests, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business results

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
