Job Description:
The Digital Platform Lead will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of customer journey strategies at Sun Life. This role will leverage industry leading tools including marketing automation (Adobe Marketo Engage) and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all change requests for CRM and Marketo Engage, ensuring timely evaluation and implementation in alignment with business priorities.
- Utilizing Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM systems to design and implement customer journeys.
- Applying in-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle management to optimize engagement strategies.
- Managing projects through their entire development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
- Collaborating with development and production support teams to assess and prioritize the application changes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Overseeing technical development activities to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience in managing insurance product launch E2E across IT systems specifically in Adobe Marketo Engage; nice to have in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other CRM solutions.
- Practical experience in leading complex projects.
- Practical experience in working in Agile with IT multiple teams, Business Stakeholders and Product Team.
Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Over 8 years of working experience.
- More than 5 years solid experience in managing/consulting in large scale projects.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Marketo Engage is a must; Salesforce or other CRM solution is a plus.
- Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable.
- Excellent understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Good Project management and Business analysis skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and inter-personnel skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to get buy-ins from the business stakeholders from different functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
