Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He/She will be responsible for assisting in business development, managing day-to-day business activities, and providing administrative support to management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in business development by handling different projects and arranging meetings with clients, business partners, and regional sales meetings.
- Manage day-to-day business activities, liaise with China offices and departments to follow through on projects assigned, and update the progress to executives.
- Implement operational strategies and policies in compliance with corporate standards.
- Collect and analyze data, compile statistics, and draft proposals/reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Science disciplines) with a minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and be a good team player.
- Disciplined, good time management, detail-minded, efficient, self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of databases, software, and software systems, ERP systems, office, and business communication software.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
