Museum Services Operations Director

We are looking for a highly motivated Museum Services Operations Director to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our visitor services team, including supervising staff, scheduling, performance management, and training.

You will work closely with our management team to establish and implement standard operating procedures for frontline operations, including safety, cleanliness, screening, event support, and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a recognized university degree in business management, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field, and around 5 years of relevant work experience.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, and knowledge of Putonghua or another language is an advantage.
