Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our APAC Equities Electronic Trading team. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Citi's next-gen low-latency execution platform in APAC. You will collaborate with a team of developers, work with the product development team, other technology teams, production support, and quality assurance to ensure close alignment with the global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support high-performance electronic execution platforms.
- Build common solutions for trading platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, application recovery, and more.
- Partner with traders, quant researchers, and clients on product development.
- Contribute to continuous maintenance and improvements of testing frameworks, development tools, and environments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience with strong technical knowledge and expertise in Java, C#, or C++.
- Previous experience in developing automated trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of automated testing techniques.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes.
