Job Summary:

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Fulfill all contract scope and ensure all overcharges have been arranged on time.
  • Perform day-to-day PC administration, Office365, Outlook, and desktop services.
  • Provide problem analysis/fixing, answering hotlines, and service requests.
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications & account administration.
  • Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
