About Us

Pirata Group is an internationally diverse work environment that prides itself on delivering a fun, vibrant, and informed service experience to its guests. We're now looking for a driven and focused Restaurant Manager to join our Pici pasta bar team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, with a minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Manager in a highly regarded restaurant. They will be a hands-on, floor-based manager who enjoys being guest-facing, fast-tracking their career progression in the process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operation
  • Train your team in all aspects of service delivery
  • Be the face of the restaurant, dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Create and manage staff rosters
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring minimal wastage
  • Achieve exceptional results by controlling costs effectively

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant manager in a similar role
  • Possess a genuine passion for the hospitality and F&B industry
  • Showcase a positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset
  • Demonstrate a sense of responsibility within your role
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are advantageous
