The Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-end restaurants, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of experienced chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff
- Managing inventory, budgeting, and supply chain logistics
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: HKD $50,000 - HKD $80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
Annual leave: Up to 18 days, plus Sundays off and birthday leave
