King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Manager to spearhead daily operations at a premier social and recreational destination.

About the Role

This key position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining company standards. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily operations efficiently, adhering to club policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management: Supervise staff, provide training, and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Member Engagement: Address member inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing club events, including logistics and communication.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or club environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to drive results and deliver exceptional service.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.

Salary and Benefits
