About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Visionary to lead our team at Langham Hospitality Group. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our hotels and resorts across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence
  • Monitor property condition, cleanliness, and cost control to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales and marketing campaigns and drive market share
  • Ensure all new employees are introduced into the company through the training process at the hotel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • At least 10 years of operation experience in hotel senior position, preferably as a General Manager
  • Knowledge/working experience in sustainable hotel market is highly preferred
  • Well-developed leadership skills, effective relationship management skills, and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
