The estimated salary for this position is around HK$800,000 - HK$1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader in the retail / tourism and hospitality industry to drive the success of this premier destination. You will play a crucial role in promoting the destination as an integral part of Hong Kong's vibrant tourism landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-8, including marketing and partnership, event management, digital marketing, tenant engagement, etc.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to support planned promotional programs, events, and happenings at the portfolio
- Provide strategic guidance to continuously enhance the portfolio experience and address the dynamic needs of this premier Hong Kong attraction
- Lead the marketing and promotional strategy, including events, social media, and website management, to drive vibrancy at the portfolio
- Regularly liaise and meet with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with tenants to foster strong partnerships and collaborations, ensuring their needs are met and the overall tenant experience is optimized
- Identify opportunities for tenant-driven initiatives and events to drive footfall and enhance the portfolio's appeal
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, in business development, brand partnership, tourism, event management, venue management, or related industries
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and detail-oriented, with a drive to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional time management skills, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset, analytical, innovative, dynamic, and collaborative team player
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin) and English
