We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to provide comprehensive support to our Greater China based IT & Telecom solutions provider.

Job Responsibilities
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for providing HR generalist support, including document processing, performance appraisal project coordination, and maintaining relevant HR databases.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for handling internal staff requests, developing and improving employee handbooks according to local regulations and internal policies, and assisting in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience in Human Resource management, preferably from Chinese-funded enterprises.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
