Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Investor Relations:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to establish and maintain strong relationships with sovereign funds and large institutional investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining in-depth understanding of their investment needs and preferences, coordinating internal company resources to provide customized investment solutions, and regularly organizing communication meetings to keep them informed of market dynamics and investment strategy adjustments.

  • Due Diligence and Compliance Management:

The role requires strong compliance and risk management capabilities, as well as familiarity with Hong Kong and international financial market regulations. The successful candidate will assist institutional investors in conducting due diligence on the company, providing comprehensive and accurate company information and business materials, and tracking industry trends and policy changes to adjust company business strategies in a timely manner.

  • US Dollar Fund Raising:

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop strategies for raising US dollar funds, determining fundraising targets and target client groups based on market conditions and company business objectives. The successful candidate will organize and participate in roadshows for US dollar funds, presenting the company's investment philosophy, performance, and future development plans to potential investors, and communicate and coordinate with investors to ensure smooth fundraising.

  • Post-Investment Management and Customer Service:

The role involves overseeing post-investment management of US dollar funds, including investor relations, regular information disclosure, and profit distribution, ensuring investor rights are protected. The successful candidate will also collect and analyze investment project data, write post-investment management reports to provide decision-making support to company management, and assist in handling investor inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Education Background:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Holders of professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.

  • Work Experience:

Over 5 years of experience in foreign investment banks, quantitative hedge funds, or related fields, with at least 3 years focused on US dollar fund raising, institutional investor relations, or post-investment management. Possess a rich network of sovereign funds and large institutional investors, with successful cases of raising US dollar funds preferred.

  • Professional Skills:

Proficient in financial market analysis, investment strategy formulation, and fund raising processes, with excellent market insight and business development capabilities. Skilled in various financial instruments and investment models, capable of providing professional investment advice and solutions to clients. Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office) and financial analysis software, with strong data analysis and report writing skills.

  • Personal Qualities:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong team management abilities, to build good relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. High sense of responsibility and dedication, able to maintain high efficiency under high-pressure working conditions. Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as the working language.
