Associate Program

Our Associate Program is designed for individuals looking to start their career in a fast-paced commercial role. As an Associate, you will work on multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations. You will be responsible for recruiting experts, understanding project and market context, and taking ownership of every aspect of your projects.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit experts who are uniquely relevant matches for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
  • Take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements
  • Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluent English is required; foreign language skills are desired.
Benefits
  • Total first-year compensation ranging from HKD 425,700 (average performance) to HKD 586,400 (very strong performance), consisting of annual base salary and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
  • 15 days annual leave, six months full maternity leave, and six weeks full paternity leave.
