About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to join our team at Crypto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with institutional clients, pitching relevant products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue institutional client leads, understanding their needs and pitching relevant products
  • Attend conferences, represent Crypto, and engage with institutional players to increase awareness of our institutional business products and services
  • Conduct community outreach activities, attend crypto community gatherings, and meetings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements
  • Propose new crypto institutional offerings
  • Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients, track client feedback, and recommend product improvements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker
  • Network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English
  • Proficiency in English
