Job Description

As an Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control standards are met, and coordinating with internal and external parties regarding project requirements, budget, and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Determine and implement quality control measures to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive event documentation, including bibles, applications, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Provide onsite event management from setup to teardown, ensuring a smooth and successful event experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale events.
  • In-depth knowledge of audio-visual and lighting systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A detail-oriented and self-motivated work attitude.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (AI and Photoshop), and AutoCAD (a plus).
