About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Vice President to lead our Corporate Services team. As a key member of our Issuer Services business, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-8 professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of excellent services to clients.
  • Identify training needs of team members and provide guidance and support to ensure their development and growth.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor team performance, resolving issues and conflicts that may arise.
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects and company projects as assigned by the department head.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including delivering meeting services, calculating entitlements, and preparing correspondences to clients and paying banks.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of corporate actions and shareholder meetings.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of corporate actions and shareholder services.
  • Experience in handling corporate action projects and corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
