About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team. As a Claims Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting in handling enquiries, data entry, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in system data entry, including claim registration, payments, and reserve adjustments.
  • Handle claims enquiries and communicate with customers, intermediaries, and external service providers as necessary.
  • Set up and manage filing and administrative systems to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping.
  • Prepare and process claim files and documents for onward handling by Claims handlers.
  • Meet service turnaround time and claims service KPI targets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of hotline handling or administration work experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Prior insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
