The successful candidate will be responsible for making phone calls, arranging appointments, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

Job Description

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology industry.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
  3. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documents to support sales activities.
  4. Administer sales orders and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Collaborate with salesmen to achieve daily sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for the Sales Department.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries from call-in customers.
  8. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales-related roles in the technology industry.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Fluency in English and Cantonese languages.
  5. Prior experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services is highly desirable.
  6. Knowledge of IT products is an added advantage.
