We are seeking a high-caliber individual to take on the role of Assistant Front Office Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in investment and business initiatives, as well as operational, control, audit, and regulatory-driven transformation exercises involving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze investment-related management information reports and controls to support investment risk management.
- Engage in front office activities, including but not limited to dividend administration, data management, contract negotiations, and operational incident management to meet investment and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or asset management, with relevant exposure to project management, internal/risk control, or investment operations related to asset management products.
- Familiarity with investment products, processes, and controls, along with a solid understanding of HKMA, SFC, and MPFA regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg is advantageous, along with proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions and VBA applications.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- A strong sense of ownership and a customer service-oriented mindset.
