Sales and Account Management Professional

The role of Sales Analyst involves supporting Account Managers across all deliverables, extracting Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports, and conducting market research to provide insights to the Sales team.
Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers with onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
- Develop sales reports using Salesforce data.
- Provide insights to support the Sales team in new business development and existing account expansion.
- Generate leads to help build a strong pipeline of clientele.
- Liaise with the Consultant Experience team to schedule virtual and in-person events.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance or related field.
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
- Good knowledge in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show initiative and be a proactive team member with a can-do attitude.
