Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our luxury business in Hong Kong, responsible for managing all aspects of the business in accordance with directions and visions from the Singapore Headquarters.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to maximize growth and brand equity in retail and food & beverages.
  • Direct PR and marketing campaigns effectively to achieve maximum returns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Minimum degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Industry Experience: At least 10 years in the F&B industry, preferably in luxury hotels/goods sector.
