About Us:

JPC Texson Ltd is a renowned European multinational company with over 100 years of history, owning and manufacturing pumps & valves.

We operate in the building services market, serving key customers such as government departments, public utilities, airports, etc.

Our dedicated sales office in Hong Kong serves the local and Macau markets.

The Role:

This role involves reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Key Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers and manage projects effectively.
  • Strategy Implementation: Support the Sales Director in implementing long-term business strategies.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical support engineers and factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with customers, especially defined key customers and projects.
  • Regular Customer Visits: Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Long-Term Strategic Relationships: Build long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Business Strategy Alignment: Support the company in meeting its HK & Macau business strategy.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Agent or Distributor Coordination: Coordinate with agents or distributors for business achievement if necessary.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of pump and valve business is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese.
  • Possible business trips to Shanghai and overseas for attending in-house training or meetings.
