Sales and Project Management Professional in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

This role involves working as a sales and project management professional in mechanical engineering at JPC Texson Ltd.

You will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for:

  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage projects effectively.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales Director to implement long-term business strategies.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with technical support engineers and factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Business Development: Support the company in meeting its HK & Macau business strategy.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with agents or distributors for business achievement if necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of pump and valve business is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese.
  • Possibility of business trips to Shanghai and overseas for attending in-house training or meetings.
