Support Role

This position supports the sales team in their efforts to deliver top-notch services to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Contacting potential clients via phone to schedule meetings based on provided lists.
  2. Providing administrative support to sales team members.
  3. Liaising with vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
  4. Ensuring timely completion of sales orders and associated procedures.
  5. Collaborating with sales team members on daily tasks.
  6. Maintaining accurate records within the Sales Department.
  7. Providing sales support to customers through inquiry responses.
  8. Performing additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher in any discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales roles within the technology industry.
  • Flexible, cheerful, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Bilingual in Cantonese and English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services.
  • Knowledge of IT products is advantageous.
