About the Role

Job Summary
  1. We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for coordinating digital projects and ensuring their timely and successful completion.
  2. You will work closely with our Sales Team to provide pre-sales information system (IS) support and participate in customers' RFI / RFQ processes.
  3. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, leading customer IS solution implementation, and managing go-live processes. You will also specify EDI/API/e-commerce requirements, set up IS infrastructure, and coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated customer solutions/e-tools.
  4. In addition, you will provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, as well as resolving customer interface issues.
  5. Requirements include a degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines, at least 5 years' customer-facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/transportation industry or multinational companies, strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Application Interface (API) technology, excellent communications skills, good knowledge on market trends of IT technology, customer-focused and influencing skills, strong project management and analytical skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and proficient PC skills in software and applications.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital projects and ensure their timely and successful completion
