Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strong relationships at C-level and senior management level to support KPMG's market share growth.
  2. Lead opportunity pursuits, building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  3. Act as a key member of client service teams and support marketing activities as needed.
  4. Collaborate with a team of professionals to perform high-quality consulting projects and identify performance improvement opportunities for clients.
  5. Effectively manage multiple large and complex engagements, supervising and managing team performance.
  6. Distil and summarise analyses and findings for senior management, executive, and board level meetings.
  7. Ensure knowledge of local and international corporate governance practices, risk management methodologies, internal audit standards, and regulatory developments is up to date.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years consulting or relevant experience, with good knowledge across corporate governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit, and technology-enabled tools.
  2. Able to clearly understand complex end-to-end business processes, identify key risks, and provide practical recommendations.
  3. Experience in leading business and opportunity development, as well as pursuits.
  4. Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills, agile mindset, and commitment to quality client service.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong team-building, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
  7. Strong presentation and report-writing skills, with a good command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
  8. Experience in handling high-impact and complex projects across borders or functions in a dynamic environment will be an advantage.
  9. Qualified ACCA, HKICPA, CIA, or equivalent.
