Hang Seng Bank is seeking a highly skilled Executive FX Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Distribution department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to high net worth clients on FX trading and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical expert in FX trading and investment products, providing guidance and support to clients and PRMs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships and increase sales of FX trading and investment products.
  • Collaborate with PRMs to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product training and client education events to enhance client knowledge and understanding of financial markets.
  • Meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field, with professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP.
  • Strong sales results in spot FX and FX option products.
  • Relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of investment products.
  • Independent, self-directed, and able to make decisions to develop and execute strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
