Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Support the Head of HR, Asia in developing strategic plans for talent acquisition, retention, and development across various practice groups in Asia.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process by assisting line managers in defining role and candidate specifications, coordinating recruitment advertising, engaging with external agencies, sourcing and shortlisting candidates for interviews, extending offers, and providing feedback to applicants.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and growth across various practice groups in Asia.
  • L&D Activities: Support the delivery of learning and development activities to support practice group objectives and ensure that professional development plans are maintained which includes performance planning and appraisal using the Online Performance Management system.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
  • Spoken and written English and Chinese is essential (Mandarin is highly desirable).
  • 4 years of experience in HR operations and advisory capacity.
  • Strong affinity with systems and MS products (Excel in particular).
  • Attention to details and responsiveness in establishing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with demanding stakeholders which require quick and accurate analyses of situations and provision of accurate and effective advice on complex and sensitive people management issues.
