About the Role
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with the firm's business goals and values.
  • Establish a strong HR presence within the firm, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team and other departments.
  • Set the Talent Acquisition strategy based on the firm's expansion plan to attract potential new joiners and ensure a good level of candidate experience to shape employer branding.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of experience with solid team-leading experience, a university degree in HR Management or related discipline, and be highly fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

This is a permanent job opportunity that offers a generous bonus scheme, comprehensive medical coverage, and flexible working arrangement. The successful candidate will lead a team of 12 and act as a trusted HR advisor to the C-levels.
