About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the strategy and planning of digital campaigns across multiple brands. Your expertise in media operations will ensure seamless execution and delivery of results-driven marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by hitting performance KPIs for all brands, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of digital campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting
  • Setting project expectations and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding Performance KPIs for all brands
  • Maintaining a collaborative and inclusive team environment through continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Cross-functional collaboration with clients, internal teams, and media owners to drive business success
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or related field
  • Expertise in media operations and biddable platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
