We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic Web3 team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive engagement within the rapidly evolving Web3 space.

Job Description

  • Crafting Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to elevate brand presence and drive business success.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and management of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and performance indicators.
  • Impact Assessment: Continuously track and assess marketing campaign outcomes, focusing on ROI and key metrics to gauge effectiveness.
  • Influencer Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with influencers and partners to unlock collaborative opportunities.
  • Content Management: Curate engaging content across various marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster audience interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events such as webinars, community meetings, and social gatherings to strengthen brand engagement and community ties.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a marketing role or similar position, showcasing success in developing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Web3 Expertise: Experience in Web3 marketing management is highly advantageous.
  • Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
