Digital Marketing Strategist | Web3, Metaverse

Based in Hong Kong, this prominent venture-building group has a strong focus on Web3 technology. Since its inception, the organization has driven mass adoption of Web3, leveraging a global team of 300 professionals.

The team has successfully developed and launched a diverse portfolio of products shaping the future of digital interaction. The company played a pivotal role as an early investor and lead advisor, contributing to the success of unicorns and over 100 groundbreaking projects.

This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive engagement within the rapidly evolving Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and drive business success.
  • Leading the creation and management of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance indicators.
  • Tracking and assessing marketing campaign outcomes, focusing on ROI and key metrics to gauge effectiveness.
  • Developing and nurturing an ambassador program, fostering meaningful relationships with influencers and partners to unlock collaborative opportunities.
  • Curating engaging content across various marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster audience interaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Planning and executing diverse events such as social gatherings, hackathons, webinars, and community meetings to strengthen brand engagement and community ties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven track record in a marketing role or similar position, showcasing success in developing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in Web3 marketing management is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus.

Compensation: HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum
