Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent support to Account Managers across all deliverables.
  • Assisting with onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
  • Extracting Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports.
  • Conducting market research and providing insights to support Sales in new business development and existing account expansion.
  • Generating leads to build a strong pipeline of clientele.
  • Liaising with the Consultant Experience team to support quarterly/monthly virtual and in-person events.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • An excellent command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to show initiative and be a proactive team member with a can-do attitude.
