F&B Leadership Development Trainee

Job Summary
The Langham Hong Kong is seeking a management trainee in its F&B division to participate in the Langham Leadership Trainee Programme (LLTP). This 18-month development initiative is designed to equip high-potential young talents with foundational management skills in food & beverage operations.
As a Langham Leadership Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate between three prominent restaurants/servicess at The Langham Hong Kong. This will enable you to gain diverse experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry.
Our Resources
The programme consists of six key development resources, including on-the-job operation and management training, project assignment & presentation, eLearning, on-the-job coaching & evaluation, cross-exposure in other properties, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Recent graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Catering Management
- Upscale F&B service experience is an advantage; relevant internship experience will also be considered
- Strong passion in providing excellent people-oriented and hotel service & being devoted in F&B operations management
- Good communication, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit are a must
- Taking initiative, independent, & confident
- Innovative & open-minded
- Well-spoken and written English while Mandarin proficiency is essential
What We Offer
Upon completion of the programme, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to take up the role of assistant manager/supervisor, subject to performance evaluation, in one of the service teams to further your individual career development.
