As a Senior Associate, Client Solutions at GLG, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Credit Client Solutions Team to provide timely and thorough project support to our clients.
  • Facilitating educational interactions between GLG Network Members and our clients, enabling them to make informed investment decisions.
  • Assisting in the programming of live meetings, identifying relevant credit news, and developing customized products for our clients.
  • Enhancing the GLG Network Members by developing relationships with senior executives and leading consultants.
  • Working towards growing GLG client relationships through project execution, telephone interactions, and regular client meetings.
  • Collaborating with our Sales and Business Development team to develop customized products for our clients.

Required Skills:

GLG attracts employees from diverse professional and academic backgrounds. We seek individuals with:

  • A solid understanding of the financial industry and credit investment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or above, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Fluency in an additional Asian language is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in capital markets, public relations, background check, due diligence, or research roles in relevant industries.
  • Demonstrated performance and business judgment in areas such as in-depth research, negotiation, or networking with high-end professionals.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a hardworking attitude.
  • Ability to identify best matches/solutions and handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Successful track record working in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
