Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and achieve individual and team goals.
- Support the implementation of sales plans, goals, and targets, and facilitate the on-boarding of new starters.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 18 months experience.
- Experience in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Leadership and coaching experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Digital proficiency, with strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- A winning personality, with the ability to establish trustful relationships with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and a willingness to take on new challenges.
