We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Executive to join our team at KOS International Limited's client, a fast-growing Chinese fintech company in Hong Kong. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Main Duties
  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, maintaining optimal functionality of systems and equipment.
  2. Plan, execute, and oversee office renovation projects, aligning them with company objectives.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers, securing high-quality services and products.
  4. Source, purchase, and manage office supplies and equipment, promoting efficient inventory control.
  5. Design and implement organizational strategies to optimize workspace layout and improve employee collaboration.
  6. Monitor and report on expenses to facilitate informed decision-making by management.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in office administration, facilities management, or related fields.
  • Solid background in vendor management, procurement processes, and negotiations.
  • Premium project management skills, including experience with renovation or similar projects.
  • Meticulous, driven, and results-focused individual.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
