Strategic Technology Manager Role

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises.
">About Us:
">The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises is responsible for engaging and negotiating with strategic enterprises from various industries, including life and health technology. Our mission is to provide one-stop services and formulate tailor-made packages to facilitate the setup or expansion of operations in Hong Kong.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide support in engaging and negotiating with strategic enterprises from the life and health technology industry, and provide aftercare services;
- Assist Senior Vice President and Vice President in providing one-stop services to and formulating tailor-made packages for strategic enterprises to facilitate setting up/expansion of their operations in Hong Kong;
- Develop, implement, and support OASES' outreaching and promotional activities;
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant Government bureaux/departments, public bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders;
- Engage and maintain close contact with multipliers and other stakeholders from the life and health technology ecosystem, with a view to raising OASES' profile within the industry;
- Conduct desktop research and keep abreast of life and health technology knowledge, market intelligence, and latest development;
Requirements:
">- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; more advanced degree(s) and/or professional qualification(s) would be an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of and experience in the local and global life and health technology related sectors;
- Extensive network in the life and health technology ecosystem;
- A strong command of written and spoken English and written Chinese and spoken Putonghua; proficiency in other language(s) would be an advantage;
Terms of Appointment:
">The successful candidate will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 24 months or up to 31 March 2027, whichever is earlier.
">Fringe Benefits:
">A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract period with consistently high standard of performance.
