- Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, social media, mobile technologies, big data, and IoT will be advantageous.
- Demonstrate a deeper understanding of new ways of working and the application of user experience principles at the level of the whole digital workplace and smart office.
- Have experience in building smart office infrastructure layers, including user identity and access management, enterprise mobile device management (EMM), knowledge databases, and enterprise search engines.
- Be knowledgeable about agile development methodologies and corresponding collaboration tools.
- Have experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, Python, .NET etc.).
- Experience in micro-services development under container technology will be advantageous.
- Be willing to experiment with and learn new technologies.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated and adaptable to changes.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with Putonghua being an advantage.
- Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Senior Application Development Manager.
